The smart paper cup machine manufactured by Shunda adopts open gear transmission, optimizes the transmission structure, and distributes functions reasonably to reduce the wear caused by the inertial movement of the machine. The entire production process is monitored by photoelectric sensors to improve performance and ensure stable operation. Through the PLC control system, the machine can automatically shut down when it encounters a failure, thereby reducing labor intensity and enhancing the stability of the machine. Although the machine simplifies the cup-making process through operations such as paper feeding, bonding, bottom feeding, cup feeding, heating, bottom rolling, paper jam, cup removal, and cup cleaning, it has the following advantages:

1. The design adopts open cam positioning, high precision

2. The only protection system with hot parts falling, keep a certain distance from paper cups and cup molds when the machine stops

3. The machine is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensor, and servo feeding

4. The hot air system is fixed on the plate to avoid movement during production and increase the service life of the heater

5. Adopt oil-drenching lubrication system to reduce wear and heat dissipation
